Easy to be found, behind the Chinese restaurant san bao. No idea why the service charge is higher for the new sim card user.

This shop is worst shop . The staff was very rude and did not explain to me. The price of prepaid sim was presented as 9.9 euro. But the staff said to me that I had to pay 30 euro more except the sim card price. Is it right? I was not able to find the possible reasons for this expensive price.
