I speak perfect German, so it's not even a case of losing your patience with someone who doesn't speak the language. Dear Mr Whatever-your-name, If you don't like working with the public then I suggest you get a different job!

They operate via post only and if the letter doesnt reach you they never follow-up. This is a perfect scheme where they steal money from regular citizens via \vollstreckungsankundigung\ - and we have no choice other than pay.
They make a good Job
No one of the officers speaks English or any other language except German. They are absolutely unwilling to help. Most horrible institution.
