Was promised Ford Focus, but got Skoda Fabia. It wasn't a problem, since the skoda was also clean and ok to drive. I booked via budget website which for some reason they can't find my booking confirmation, so the lady at the counter had to input it manually. I would recommend it, but be prepare that booking process can be little complicated.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE! BLOODY LIARS AND CHEATS! The worst kind of Germans you can find in this country! Rented from them twice and the same problem happened - charged our card even though we told them we had vouchers. And blatantly refused to refund us OUR money! You give Germany a bad name.
Great service! After another car rental company let me down, AVIS get me a needed car fast and without any complications. Next time I will choose only AVIS! I recomend it!
I am using AVIS since many years and this particular one is really disaster: Every time I book from them, I am disappointed. Once I drove on-smoking\ car, which was used by heavy smoker - my hands and clothes smelled cigarettes days after (I am non-smoker and hate the smell!); another time the car they gave me had technical problem and I couldn't refuel it - I sent e-mail about it, never received reply; today the car they gave me had low pressure in one of the tyres, even before to start driving her. And I have never had upgrade from them (\Mittelklasse\ car for them is Opel Corsa ). Disappointed!
Very helpful staff. Answered to all our questions and \walked\ an extra mile to help us. Do your business with Rolf, we loved him!
