My military family, If you look at my profile you'll see this is the first time I've rated and commented on a business. I'm doing this now because i want you all to begin your time here with people that respect you, your family and your business. I recently tried to negotiate the purchase of a car at this dealership and was laughed at and told \Don't waste my time....bye bye.\ This was highly unprofessional and I'd advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to search for a place with better customers service. If a business feels they can treat their customers in this manner, what makes you think they'll do right by you and your family? There are plenty of better dealership in this location to choose from. Read below to see some of the other negative experiences people have had with this dealership. Good luck.

I contacted Torpedo two weeks ago to get a quote on selling them my car. I received an initial response from Brendan asking whether I was interested in just selling the car or trading it in, and then never heard from them again. I tried to follow up several times via email, WhatsApp, and by phone with no response. There are plenty of other used car dealers that you can work with that will actually return your calls and emails, avoid Torpedo.

I bought a bike from them 2 years ago. Because of deployments and Italy's registration process I could not take delivery. Torpedo held the bike in their showroom for TWO YEARS! It was a pleasure doing business with them they were great!

I emailed the car dealership inquiring about motorcycle availability, I initially got sent a general email with the motorcycles they had available and some prices. When I asked for further details about the specific models and more pictures, I never got an answer. I waited almost a month and nothing. I drive adjust 3 hours to that area because of errands I need to do and I decided to drop by the store and give them a second chance. Upon my arrival, the car dealership was closed because the only employee working there was showing a car to a possible customer. So I returned an hour later ( I went there a Saturday afternoon). Once I returned to the car dealership I spoke to a guy that seems to be the\manager\ for the place. I told him that I had emailed them before and I have never heard from them. He passed the blame to his associated. I inquired about the prices and he wasn't sure about the price for a particular Agusta motorcycle I was looking for. He told me that he will email me the information. Two months later and I never received anything. I'm not sure what kind of business is conducted on this place, but I wouldn't recommend it.
