I got my first piercing from Titanen. They explained the process and aftercare thoroughly. Piercing itself went pretty smooth. Studio is very clean. Artist was very professional and spoke English well. Went to the same place after two weeks for a check-up and everything was fine. I wish if they had a large collection of jewelries though.

Service: Cartilage piercing Absolutely the most professional establishment I’ve ever been to. They take their job very seriously so much so that my piercer was willing to advise me to NOT get a piercing due to the infection risk of me traveling so soon after my piercing. It’s now been 3 weeks since my cartilage piercing and I still love it. It’s healing good, no complaints. They care so much about their craft that I was asked to come back before I left Germany to make sure my piercing was healing correctly. Just phenomenal customer service!

Impolite. The second time I went I was with my partner. As she was getting ready to switch her piercing with the one she’s just purchased. I got a door SLAMMED in my face by the girl working saying You can’t get in. Maybe I was unlucky both times since all the good reviews, but it doesn’t matter now, because for me it’s goodbye!
