It's not ugly per se, but not well maintained. The original plans matching the signs are mostly gone and replaced by other plants Nice place to get some quiet though as there are benches to sit

Awesome place. Near to River! People come here for relaxation. I have came here couple of times. But Nabada Festival 2018 was the big event I watched from here ! Huge Crowd ! One of the best place for getting relaxed. Near to city center, so if you are a traveler and waiting for train for couple of hours, it would be a good idea to spend that time here!
