Tapas Adega has a cozy atmosphere, excellent service and some of the best fish and seafood I've had in my 6 years in Germany. There's a great selection of both local and Portuguese wines. The tapas are also very tasty - we got a mix of meats, cheeses, shrimp, sardines, olives and aioli combined with a soft, crusty bread.
