While I was not a patient (my sister [recently] and my mother were), I must say that not only is this facility clean but staff, doctors are very helpful, personable, and just all around nice. Both, my mother as well as my sister received excellent care, and even dietary requests that may have been perceived as somewhat \odd\ were fulfilled. An especially heartfelt \Vergelts Gott\ to all the nurses. You simply rock!!

Been here twice thus far once for concussion complications and second for abdominal pain. The first time I came with my teenage daughter and husband and they werent allowed back there because the private rooms are small. However when I insited they come the nurse said okay, so you just have to ask. Second time my daughter stayed with her friend and my husband and I went and he was allowed back there. Both times I was treated good. The second more so I was given tons of tests just to figure out the issue. I was taken seriously, treated with respect, and knowing I am American did their best to speak English which I appreciated very much. Both times the waiting room was empty when I went in and left which gives me an intimate feeling but they check in people fast as they take everyone seriously. I love the hospital because its more welcoming feeling also everyone is so nice. The parking isnt free but there was ample space. Theres a nice big cafeteria, vending machines. Also I was fortunate to have had a private room both times; however, if I didnt have one the shared rooms have privacy screens between them. Also the OBGYN has privacy sheets to cover when they do ultrasounds so youre not butt naked. They also have sheets in the initial rooms as well. Another plus its 22 minutes away from RB, and such a nice easy drive. No traffic, freeways, just nice scenery drive.

Die Hebammen und Schwestern sind alle sehr freundlich und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Auf jede unserer Fragen wurde auch sehr einfühlsam eingegangen. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und es wurden all unsere Wünsche berücksichtig. Das essen war für ein \Krankenhausessen\ sehr gut. Sollten wir wieder ein Kind bekommen, werden wir wieder dieses Krankenhaus besuchen )
