Everything looked nice but then we had to wait an hour or more for someone to attend us. The staff was nice and helpful, I am still curious how the quality of the clothes behave in time. Update: the clothes don't behave good in time. At least the trousers my boyfriend bought from there, broke easily and very soon after buying them.
Saleswoman unaware of models, suggests checking online when asked to try types of models... definitely weak customer service compared to other cities
Amazing service, the best I had in clothing industry so far. Nice tailored suits delivered in time. Excellent customer support. If you don't have any sense of fashion as myself these people are professionals willing to help and set you up with the best suit. Just be ready to spend a few time there (around 1 hour maybe) also some items can be a bit overpriced but overall I would say that price is fair enough!
The shop looks great, is beautifully designed and has a great collection. There are two tailors present to apply changes to the clothes on the spot. We were there quite early and were helped by, who seems to have been the manager, rally fast. But then we were interrupted very often by his colleagues whom he needed to support. at first he came back to us quite fast, but more interruption followed and we didn't see him for some time. We went to look for a good suit on out own which worked out fine. Then we needed shirt. We asked another employee for some help, but apparently he wasn't allowed to help us, since another colleagues told us we needed to wait for some time...which already did. Now all the changing booths were occupied. No wonder, if they would have helped the customers who came in first and made sure they got what they came for, they would have cleared the booths and get out of the store happy....now they were just very busy and did not sell a thing. Too bad for such a nice store and products.
