Great shop! Bought two suits here, each time received excellent advices from Lebing, who is knowledgeable, patient, passionate about menswear and pays attention to details. The alteration services are quick. The online and physical shops are well integrated. Overall very good shopping experience. Would definitely come again!
Heroda and earlier Maren did both a fantastic Job in the made to measure pieces. Can highly recommend. Overall a bit start-up vibe which you have to accept. Non-trained staff, messy schedule, slightly overwhelmed store manager but if you get to the right people, the result is fantastic. Will definitely come back and love to see how the company/customer experience improves.
I went to suitsupply again for the millionth time! This time I spent roughly 2 hours, and I did not feel like it, it felt like an adventure. The experience made it just that much better, especially when you have a guide like Erkan! He is the BEST!!! I GUARANTEE IT! Robin was also very friendly. You will never forget each trip you take to suitsupply! Thanks Erkan for guiding me to complete my wardrobe, I will continue to do so! I urge every gentlemen to wear a suit, as it is very hard to stick to the classics with the endless trends, but you know what they say, classic never dies, and I urge all of you to not waste your time, money and energy and run to suitsupply and grab your suits ASAP! P.S.: go there on every other day except Monday and Erkan will be more than happy to guide you find your perfect suit!
This is my fourth suitsupply suit, so obviously I am happy with the product and quality. What stood out this time around though, was Erkan who just helped me to put together a custom-made suit for a wedding and the service was honestly incredible. I loved the experience all together, he was very knowledgeable, patient and made the process a ton of fun.
