I had visited your Berlin store many times to get my Lazio Tuxedo suit done. This was done well. But the Tuxedo shirt with this for me was a disaster. First of all I had to go to the store many times to finally order as at first there seemed to be a problem with the material availability. And finally when I tailored it to order, I was shocked to find 2 completely different arm lengths. The staff took measurements again and said they will fix this and sent this home this time as I was already fed up going multiple times to the store. The so called corrected shirt still had the same problem with different sizes with the right and left arm. I am really disappointed with this. I can't believe I have to go to the store again to fix this issue. I am very very disappointed especially considering how expensive the shirt is. This is not acceptable.

Different experiences depending on who is helping you. The suits have good quality for the price and you can either purchase there or order online and pick them there. They also give the option to tailor the suit to your size and proportions although it is a bit overpriced.
Great range here, covers everything you need, including alterations if needed. I shall buy all my suits from here

Great service! I was looking for a suit for my wedding and looked in different shops before I went to Suitsupply. The moment I walked in there I thought this is the place where I'll find something. The assistant I was assisted by was Konrad and he was super helpful! There was no rush, loads of different suggestions and tonnes of expertise. Honestly, I couldn't recommend the shop more if you are planning to get a suit that may be for a special occasion. Thanks again to Konrad!
