I gave birth to my son one year ago at this clinic. During the labor I asked my husband to translate everything into Turkish, because I was not sure if I was getting everything right. The midwife didn't allow us to speak Turkish. We couldn't react at that moment because I was in pain and hardly speaking and the situation was quite complicated. She said that she had to understand what we were talking about. Does this mean that the non-German speakers are not allowed to get information during the labor? They are not allowed to feel comfortable and safe? Is this the standard parctice? I don't think so!

I recently had my sinus pilonidalis surgery in St Anna clinic. (If you had sinus pilonidalis, you already know how painful it is, Mainly if it is infected. Initially, I couldn't be able to sit due to infection. I was suffering a lot.) I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wolken easily via email. Dr. Wolken has taken care of my infection first. In the first week, My health was improved, The pain stopped, and I could sit also. So then, after that week, He performed the surgery with Dr. Stöltzing. The surgery was fine. Dr. Wolken took care of me nicely. After the operation, controlling is also going well. I was inpatient for four days. Even though I can't speak German a little bit, everything was fine. The staff was helpful. Most of the team speak English. Dr. Wolken is a great doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolken as a surgeon for expats.

My friend and I were waiting for a friend who just came out of surgery, in front of his room. A very decent woman came and asked us to wait in the waiting room downstairs untill he moves to the ward at which point she will come downstairs and tell us where he is so we can visit him. We went there and while we were waiting the receptionist came and spoke to us very rudely asking us to wait outside the clinic. We asked her to bring someone who could speak in English and she refused and demanded in a very rude manner that we grab our bags and go wait outside. We tried to reason with her in google translate and she refused to read or to talk to anyone.

Sehr zu empfehlen, habe meine Tochter hier sehr selbstbestimmt zur Welt gebracht. Hebammen, Ärzte und die Schwestern auf Station sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Familienzimmer perfekt um sich kennenzulernen die ersten Tage. Ich werde die Geburt und den Aufenthalt in guter Erinnerung behalten. Vielen Dank!

Die St. Anna Klinik hat uns vor 2 Tagen geholfen unseren kleinen Sohn zur Welt zu bringen. Nachdem wir bei 4 anderen (größeren) Krankenhäusern im Kreissaal abgewiesen wurden, durfte ich meine Frau in die St. Anna Klinik bringen. Die Hebamme im Kreissaal hat sofort erkannt, dass es bereits aller höchste Eisenbahn war. Wärend der Wehen war immer jemand da und hat sich um uns gekümmert. Auch der behandelnde Arzt kam regelmäßig nachsehen und hat dem Kleinen gemeinsame mit der Hebamme auf die Welt geholfen. Des Weiteren war die Behandlung nach der Geburt ohne Beanstandung. Wir waren zu allen freundlich und das haben wir auch immer zurück bekommen. Allerdings schmeckte das Essen tatsächlich nicht so gut. Hat ja aber mit der Qualität der Klinik nichts zu tun. Wir sind sehr dankbar dass unser Sohn gesund zu Welt gebracht wurde. Meine Frau und ich können das Krankenhaus also weiter empfehlen.

Ich bin Gott froh das ich in diesem Krankenhaus entbunden habe ..hier geben alle 100 Prozent man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl hier ob Hebamen Krankenschwester oder Ärzte sie sind alle top und wissen was sie tun! Ich hatte echt eine gute Geburt dank Anna klinik. Ein großes Dankeschön an Dr. Weick und an die Hebame Aynur die mich während der Geburt begleitet haben . Ihr seit super
