We live in Australia and found ourselves in a unique situation requiring a lawyer in Germany on the passing of a relative. Having no experience with lawyers at all, we set about the daunting task of finding representation online by someone we could communicate with in English. We sent several emails to various firms in the area of Stuttgart. LUTZ Rechtsanwalte and, in particular Mr Johannes Rais, replied to our enquiry promptly and we find that he has an excellent command of the English language. Mr Rais was able to ensure we had all the correct and relevant documentation and has been friendly and professional in his dealings with us. Mr Rais has been very patient with answering our numerous questions back and forth via email and has been able to make complicated information easier to understand. He has always communicated with us in a clear and timely manner and has made what could have been a stressful time a very positive experience.
