I strongly DON'T recommend anyone to buy from this brand, DEKLA UHREN!!! due to my unpleasant experience. I ordered a customised watch from this brand on 27 January 2021. We contacted through their Instagram account. They initially provided excellent customer service by answering patiently to all my enquiries. They said that they need 5 weeks to complete the customise watch. After payment, they treated me rudely and answered my enquiries impatiently. After 5 weeks, there’s no follow up from them so I contacted them on the 19 February 2021. They stated that they needed 5 weeks but they only completed the mechanics of the watch after 7 weeks and finally replied on 22 February 2021. They said that its the weekend and that they received 100 of orders per month, therefore my order isn’t being prioritised. They asked me not to contact them through their Instagram but through their email. Isn’t it ridiculous when I could initially contact them through Instagram but after payment, I can’t do that anymore because it’s convenient for them to reply through that platform?? They didn’t finished it within the stated time and did not contact us that they needed more time at all. I HAD TO follow up with them INSTEAD.

absoluter Geheimtipp habe mir eine Marineuhr bestellt mit dem Eta Unitas 6498, super Verarbeitung, da sind bei anderen Herstellern in Deutschland deutlich mehr Euro fällig! Wer klassiche Uhren mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Macht weiter so!
