My girfriend went to put my computer to fix today, after she enterd the store the person that checked the computer just based on the exterior look, we are talking of a computer that is 5 years old, an asus rog 751 jy the person said it was bad taken care of and they wouldnt acept to fix it, without proper diagnosis and without looking to the inside, they just looked at the keyboard and screen outsid.... I got worryed and as i arrive home, i opened the computer, for first time home i got amazed how clean it was, without cleaning it, I am glad that they didnt take it it only shows how incompetent and unprofecional this people are.

Their service is super nice. I had a problem with the battery of my laptop and I tried to exchange it myself but couldn't because I saw small smoke and I was scary. So I visited this shop and told the staff about the situation as well as that I care about my time. They called me back in few minutes that I could take my laptop back on the same day I asked for the repair. The price is good and they did exactly I wanted them to do. I will visit here again when I have another problem with any of my cell phone or laptop. Thanks for your kindness and nice service!

Habe Ende letzten Jahres ein Gerät zur Reparatur eingesendet, bei welchem die Ladebuchse defekt war. Sehr schade, dass hierfür keine Ersatzteile beschafft werden konnten bzw. keine Reparatur stattgefunden hat. Die schlechte Bewertung gibt es jedoch nicht nur, weil eine solche Standardreparatur nicht durchgeführt werden konnte, sondern weil nach der Reparatur mein Trackpad nicht mehr funktionierte. Ein Blick in das Notebook hat gezeigt, dass einzelne Kontakte nicht wieder angebracht wurden und daher keine Verbindung hatten. Daher auch der Defekt des Trackpads. Daraufhin wollte ich Kontakt aufnehmen und habe mehrere Mails an comsmile geschrieben. Auf keine dieser Mails habe ich bisher eine Antwort erhalten (Mails wurden Anfang Dez geschrieben). Ich würde klar von diesem Unternehmen abraten, da weder entsprechende Leistungen erbracht werden, Geräte defekter zurückgesendet werden als sie zuvor waren und Mails ignoriert werden. Sehr schade und ärgerlich.
