Unfortunately the public transport system in osnabruck needs a lot of improvements. There is no proper management for making the system fruitful. The buses in the direction of Haste and Dodesheide always late and the problem is that there is always no notifications on Vospilot app about delays. Sometime the buses doesn't show up, i don't know why and next time I will write you the time and bus Number when the bus will not showup (it happens rare but happened almost 3 times). On the screen sometime shows completely wrong timing especially at night . The other thing maybe taken as consideration is protection or sitting place in some of bus stops which ones need when heavily raining. I am so disappointed and I am hopeful that the transport system will be good as modern world needs. I know that the stadtwerke Osnabrück will try to work on improvement and Thanks in advance. Ich verstehe das nicht. Egal wann ich welchen Bus nehmen muss, er ist zuspät. Das ist besonders jetzt im Winter ärgerlich.
Es kann nicht sein das die M1 immer zu früh losfährt! Es ist zum Kotzen! Ich bezahle doch keine 60 jeden Monat, damit die immer viel zu früh losfahren und am besten auch noch genau vor deiner Nase!
Äähhhm... Samstags geschlossen? Und den Rest der Woche von 9 - 17 Uhr? Gibt Leute, die dann auch arbeiten müssen oder es zu den Zeiten aus anderen Gründen nicht schaffen und denen somit nur der Samstag bliebe, um z. B. eine Wochenkarte zu kaufen. Also der Service wird immer schlechter, aber Preise anheben funktioniert gut... Na schönen Dank auch. Nachtrag: mittlerweile ist es wohl so, dass unter der Woche täglich nur noch insgesamt 4 oder 5 Stunden geöffnet ist... Da kann man echt nur den Kopf schütteln
Die Leute war ganz nett. Ich hab meine Portmonee verloren und sie haben es gefunden. Bin sehr zufrieden!
Die App der VOS: Falsche Fahrzeiten, manchmal funktioniert sie nicht - Umgangssprachlich: \Müll\. Der Service, wenn man anruft: Nicht vorhanden. Alles in allem ein Stern für die vorhandene Inkompetenz bei Antworten auf so manche Anfragen zu Problemen der VOS - das zaubert einem ein Lächeln ins Gesicht! Gerne jeden Tag aufs Neue.
