If you go here for ER, you will end up waiting 4 hours minimum.... So pray to God that its not really emergency or pain that you need to handle for so long. I signed up for baby delivery in this hospital and now I just say to my self \God help me\!!!

We have had various visits in this hospital, overall an OK experience, but our visit today at the midwifery department was disappointing. We had an appointment to discuss our baby's birth at their facilities. The lady that serviced us was impolite, intimidating and inhumane. She shamed me for not being able to speak German, denied helping us in English (in the beginning) however she switched to very good English a few minutes later in the conversation when she realised we were not really gonna take it and were ready to leave. We heard some good things about the birthing department in this hospital but after today's experience, we decided not to give birth to our baby there.

I gave birth at St Joseph’s and was amazed at the high level of care my daughter and I received. The staff were very attentive, friendly and most spoke English. Specialist doctors were available immediately in the Kreißsaal when there were complications (no need to be transferred elsewhere in the hospital in my case, which made it less stressful). Midwives were available 24hrs to assist with feeding. Great focus on mother/baby bonding from the very beginning. Top level care and expertise. I would highly recommend.

Longest waiting times in the ER for children that I have seen in Berlin. Just to register takes at least 1h waiting. Go to another hospital if you can

I would like to say that my experience with this hospital was horrible but its worse than that. I gave birth there and im having trauma from what happened there. I had very smooth pregnancy but during my delivery i was left with contractions for about 20h. They were giving me induction epidural and after i said that im about to die of pain and that i want c section doctor came and suggested vacuum which i didnt want because it mostly ends uo with damaging the baby. They act like butchers, giving completely inhumane treatment and i ended up with so many stiches which enabled me to walk or go to toilet. I was bleeding like crazy for very long. What they do is horror and seems like they couldnt care less about pain. They talk very rude like we are all needy and spoilt and they shouldnt work in hospital at all. I wouldnt recommend to anyone that type of delivery after best pregnancy ever because i was sure that baby and I would not make it. What they do is horror and terror they are brutal and acted like i was piece of meat.
