Wrong diagnosis, uneffective assistance I went to check a transmission problem on a T4 VW. They told me it could be a clutch problem, checking very little. The price of that work was high, compared to the value of the vehicle, a 1993 T4 VW. But above all, after their diagnosis I did not make the work and I drove directly to Italy, with no problems to the clutch as I tried to underlined. Then I had the transmission lever revised. Fortunately I did not pay to revise a clutch that WAS AND IS still working. Everyone was really kind and available, but the diagnosis was totally wrong.

Nach Reklamation einer Wasserpumpenreparatur werden die Kosten nicht übernommen. Das Vertrauensverhältnis ist zerstört. Schade. Jetzt muss ich mir eine Werkstatt suchen, die nicht so gut auf dem Weg zur Arbeit liegt. Aber besser ist es wohl.

Ob die Autos wohl so gepflegt werden wie die Verkaufsräumlichkeiten? Ob die Mitarbeiter lieber auf ihrem Smartphone unterwegs sind, anstelle von aufräumen? Die leere Verkaufshalle sagt mehr als Worte. Fachliche Kompetenz bei selbst widersprüchlichen Aussagen der Angestellten. Hier ist dringen an Service und Kompetenz zu Arbeiten. Einschüchterung der Kunden bei missglückten Reparatur und den Kunden zur Kasse zu bitten. DAS IST SICHER NICHT DAS WAS AUDI MÖCHTE.
