Great service. Our company uses them for our offices located in Warsaw (Poland ) and Berlin (Germany ). My employees are satisfied with the cleaning results. We also requested disinfection and sanitisation services last month against Covid-19. Offices look like new ones. I recommend.

One of the best cleaning service providers. We've had both Paul and Dani in Munich and they are simply outstanding, extremely professional and very attentive to details. They are thorough and deliver at high quality. They just get on with their tasks and do it with their hearts and souls.. Truly an amazing crew. One thing which I truly love about the Spic & Span associates is they're always pleasant and extremely polite! You cannot put a price on such qualities! As a Business-2-Business customer with Spic&Span, our office hasn't looked back! Spic&Span offers multiple payment options, they offer timely billing, helpful back office and administration (especially David). Great service! Customer care reps are quite responsive and the cleaners themselves are diligent. I wouldn't call them professional cleaners per se. You've got to explain exactly what needs to be done and sometimes it take a couple of time before they do it satisfactorily. But I don't mind this because they are hard-working, punctual and willing to take instructions. I have now signed up for a regular cleaning subscription with them.

We had one of their people clean our house, and I have to say I’m very disappointed. The person they sent did not do a good job of cleaning, here’s a list of some things that we had problems with: - She arrived 20 minutes late. - She did not thoroughly clean the toilets (particles left) - She wanted to dust the rest of the house with the rag that she used to clean the toilet, we had to stop her and ask her to use a clean one. - She left the bathrooms messier than they were when she arrived. - She did not dust all of the surfaces, she missed many areas. The surfaces that she did dust were not done with care, there were spots missed. - She did not clean our glass coffee table, which had fingerprint and drink stains on it. - She did not clean behind any furniture as we asked her to do. - After she was done vacuuming and mopping the floor there were still crumbs and other residue remaining. - She did not tidy up anything, she left everything where it was. - She did not put any of the cleaning supplies, mop or vacuum cleaner away when she was done. - She left a wet rag and a soaking wet sponge on our oiled wood sideboard. If we had not caught it quickly, it would have resulted in permanent damage. After this we had to re-clean the entire flat. This service (for home cleaning) is twice as expensive as their competition (Helpling and Book-A-Tiger for example) and the results that we experienced were actually worse. I’m attaching a couple of pics showing how she left the house. We’d already cleaned up most of the stuff she left lying around when I took these but hopefully this will give you an idea. Four days later they called me offering to send someone to \finish the job\. When I explained that we had already cleaned the house again, they told me that they couldn't offer me anything else.

Great cleaning. I used them once last year for the last minute cleaning and everything was ok. The team arrived on time despite the short notice. Now, I use them on a regular basis for my apartment in Lisbon and for short term rentals all around Europe whenever I travel. I am very happy with the service.
