We had brake problems on our trip from Sweden to Spain and by chance ended up here. They helped us out the same day despite needing to work on our van for several hours. Several of the employees speak good English good English. Prices are as expected a bit higher than off brand workshops. Big thumb up to Svenja for taking care and treating us very well!

I wouldn’t even score Stern Partner a one star! If there was one word to describe this place it would be Useless. Talk, sit in front of the computer, 5 minutes then cigarette break, this is the routine of these people. You can tell they are paid by the time they work on a vehicle. The “Mechanic’s” that worked on my vehicle are not mechanics at all, common sense is somewhat scarce. This happens to be the slowest garage I’ve been too, I hope no one has to go through the same poor service that I have been subjected too. Shocking service, shocking customer service and the worst “Mechanics” that I have came across. Avoid this place.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle problemlose Hilfe bei unserem technischen Defekt, auf unserer Durchreise. Man hatte sofort das Gefühl es wird alles unternommen um unsere Weiterfahrt zu ermöglichen. Während wir unser Mittagessen genossen hatten wurde uns eine Fehleranalyse der Bremsen per Video und der dazugehörige Kostenvoranschlag per SMS zugestellt.... auch das war für uns neu. Nach drei Stunden konnten wir die Weiterfahrt fortsetzen. Zusammengefasst... freundlich, kompetent, zuvorkommend, schnell und absolut professionell.... so wünscht man es sich. Vielen Dank nochmals.
