We bought a Professional printer OKI MB47 on Amazon.de and Snogard GmBH have sent it. After 6 weeks of use, the printer started to make funny noises and printed badely. We ask to send it back for a review. Snogard asked us to send it back (we paid 50 euros for the shipping). A year after we still have no news of the printer, no remboursement, no new printer, nothing. And no answer over the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

I tried ordering online, but payment wasn't possible (mastercard, maestro nor paypal on 2 different bankaccounts) Not a problem, I ordered 2 harddrives so I could pick them up at the store. I receive an email that I can come and pick them up. I drive for 2 hours and at arrival they tell me they only have 1 available. Ok, not a problem, maybe you can mail me the other disk, so I don't have to drive all this way again. The cashier said that wouldn't be a problem, it would be sent the next day. I await the delivery and receive an email that I can pick them up at the store. I answer them by asking them to please mail me the goods, as was promised, and I haven't heard from them since. I don't think I'll ever order here again, and will advise my friends/family against it.
Monitor bestellt, nach zwei Tage bereits geliefert. Bester Preis im Netz und Verfügbarkeit! Sehr gute Kommunikation mit snogard. Was will man mehr? Empfehlung!
Ich weiß schon gar nicht mehr wie oft ich zu euch \musste\ da ich Zuhause mal wieder ein längeres LAN Kabel, oder halt nen neuen Router ach eigentlich wurscht - ich bin so froh das ihr für mich in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar seid und eigentlich immer als vorrätig auf Lager da ist. Tolles Team .... alle Daumen gerne hoch
