One of Germanys most prestigious venues, make sure to go there. Sound at shows can be a bit rough, depending on skills of the soundguy. Prices for drinks are okay, food in front of the venue is a bit expensive imho.
Went here for second hand clothes. It was pretty cool. I've never been on something like that. A lot of people selling clothes. Dj was quiet, but it was okay for that situation. I like it... I will visit again.

No idea about the skate stuff. As a concert venue it's totally OK, but nothing special. However if the band you wanna see plays, no reason to stay away. They have a spacious smoking area outside and serve some simple food there.
Cool place, poor staff.
