my negative experience is from 2013 but i still get upset when i think about it.....i got old BMW 330ci that had issues with the cabin heating. i brought the car for repair, two day later expert from the garage call me to say that the problem is with the electronics and that the part that is not working cost about 500. told him to replace it. few days later got a call from the same expert to inform me that the heating is still not working with the new part inside and he needed to look further for the problem....to cut the long story short i had to pay 1300 and wait almost 30 days for my car to get fixed. The problem was in blocked pipe for the hot water from the engine to the cabin heater. In the bill i had to pay was included the new control unit. Funny enough the control unit give up six months later so i went back to claim warranty. At the reception i was informed that they have no history of my car being fitted with new Control unit for the air conditioning. This is when it hit me that they took me for a ride all along....

Sehr sehr enttäuschend. Hatte heute einen sehr wichtigen Termin und auf Nachfrage wann wir genau kommen sollen würde uns von einer sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin der Hörer einfach aufgelegt.....nicht zu fassen dass so jemand BMW vertritt. Wir werden uns wohl eine andere Niederlassung suchen. Das ist sehr unverschämt so was mir zu unterstellen. Ich hätte jemanden angeschrien! Woher wissen Sie das genau? Waren Sie bei dem Gespräch dabei? Das ist ja klar dass Ihre Kollegin Ihnen was anderes erzählt. Für mich hat sich hiermit die Sache erledigt das ist nicht das erste Mal das es Probleme gibt.

Gerne wieder. Hatte das Auto meiner Freundin in der Werkstatt. Ein sehr nettes Team. Es wurde alles wie besprochen durchgeführt. Etwas größere Werbeschilder könnten angebracht werden. Man fährt fast vorbei ohne es zu sehen:) Aus meiner Erfahrung zu empfehlen
