Unfortunately the quality of the Portugal made standard lines doesn’t live up to their price. When I returned a pair of oxfords after 1 year for the separation of the left sole, I was offered a discounted 80 (instead of 160) repair after an email exchange which took 4 months and led to the conclusion that poor fabrication of the sole was ruled out. Very customer friendly, I recommend you take your money some place else.

Weird experience. You come in, nobody attends you, the sales woman keeps on doing whatever she is doing. That is it. You go out. At least she said Tschüss. I would not come back.

After having visited the store the two years before, this year’s visit proved to be a big disappointment. Very few items on stock and a salesperson who neither showed much knowledge about her business Nor in the customer. Next time I visit Frankfurt, I rather invest the time in visiting one of the city’s traditional shoemakers.

Nice looking shoes but expensive and extremely uncomfortable. I wore them for a few hours and I could hardly walk afterwards couldn't return/exchange them when brought them back. Find a different shop nearby; learn from my mistake.
