Excellent customer service at Heinemann Duty Free Shop at Berlin Schönefeld Airport. I was served by Anastasia from Minsk. She helped me with my perfume selection and gift wrapping. Ab sofort können Sie alle Kunden informieren, das Baltic - Air , Ihren Kunden die Plastiktüte mit den Zollfreien Einkäufen als Übergewicht mit 60.-Euro berechnet. Wenn das Standard Gewicht, (Trolley und Umhängetasche 8kg überschritten ist. Das wird sich auch als Auswirkungen auf Ihre Verkäufe auswirken.
