I want to share my experience with Crypto Supply. I placed an order for an Innosilicon A10pro ETH on 24.08.2020 and got a phone call on the same day from the CEO. My product arrived supposedly in Germany on 03.09.2020 and I got an email that there was an error with my product assignment and the delivery was stalled (the second time). I canceled my order and got the information that my refund has been processed. The CEO mentioned a couple of times that credit card payment is with an external company and he can just open a ticket there. After countless emails I got my refund on 15.10.2020.
Well, I have been doing business with crypto support for a few months and I keep going on. I trust them and they know exactly their business. I am happy with them, friendly team and very supportive.
