A KFC like all other KFCs. The staff speaks perfect English. Come here at the right time to get freshly fried stuff, aka the real KFC.
I have visited Saarbrücken twice this month and both times I have been disappointed with the customer service. The service is lousy, they treat you like they don't want you to be there.
The food was KFC level but the employees working didn't have masks on (although it was written on the door that the employees were wearing masks while working) they didn't have gloves either , the situation was unhygienic, especially in those times with the Covid-19 ! Don't go there if you don't want to be sick
I bought two pieces of chicken at 11.45 p.m. cost 5.29 euros. Chicken fries look like they're an hour old. Nearly hot. The taste is not good either. I tried kfc in Prague where the food quality is really good and the price is justified by the chicken quantity.
