Rothenburg ob der Tauber has a very special place in my heart. I always wanted to visit this magical place, and I can tell you that the village did not disappoint me in any sense. The feeling was to be living in a Christmas movie. The city is beautiful in any angle you look, everything is very well maintained. I think that for someone have to be very bitter to give this village less than 5 stars or to do any negative comments about the village.

The Market Square is in front of City Hall which makes it convenient to all local attractions, walking distant. The public toilets can be reached adjacent to this location.
Market square of Rothenburg and a *must* see place. Ancient square surrounded by old beautiful buildings filled with medieval vibe. Rothenburg is my favorite town in Germany and this old square is the big part of it. There is a lot of bars here as well, but finding a place on the terrace can be a bit of a problem. Put this place on your bucket list, you will not regret.
Visited late June 2018 Hordes or legions of tourists drifting by and across the square did not diminish the experience. Great atmosphere, nice place to dine :)

It's marketplace square with fountain.rathaus is spectacular with hourly dools performance on the facade with crowd of waiting tourists.
