Really nice campsite that we stopped at while cycling north from Black Forest toward the Rhine river. Mostly permanent sites. Looks like campers have some concrete to park on near the facilities. Tents are put further away by the side of a man made lake, super pretty! There’s also some access to power for tents requiring it. A lot of the staff speak no English but we got there with gestures etc. Quite friendly people. There is a place selling food and drinks, very reasonably priced. Looked like meals were around 7 and half a litre of beer was 2.50. We paid 19.50 for 2 people, a tent and power which was better than we expected. You pay 30 cents per shower coin, not based on minutes so they just have us one each. Not a very relaxing shower though as you put the coin in and numbers display on the box (I think 20) and then still have to use a push button to make shower go (which only lasts 10 seconds) and I think the number on the box was dropping each time I pressed the button for water. It took about 4 pushes before the hot water had even come through though. Once the numbers run out you can’t even finish the shower with cold water. Hence not 5 stars for us. You also need a coin to get hot water to wash your dishes.

Absolutely wonderful campsite with great communal amenities. It's located right next to the lake. Very idyllic!

not welcoming at all. I could only pay with credit card and they didn't find me any other solution than leave for another campsite

Excellent site, lovely lake. Small snack bar, WiFi, good beer and friendly staff!
