Broke my phone screen suddenly and brought it here to be fixed. The service was so so good, the man on the counter was so friendly and assured me not to worry it could be fixed. It was a very reasonable price and he had it fixed in 2 hours. Great service would definitely recommend!

Express Handy Reutlingen

The task was to change the charger connector. They took the money, but did not do repair anything. The connector is still the same, the device was never opened, at least not by them. In my opinion they are not even worth this review nor one star, but it shall be a warning to all the others, who are looking for their mobile or smart device to be repaired. That was the first and the last time I left a device to be epaired\by Express Handy in Reutlingen.

Samstagnachmittag um 15:30 angerufen. Handy um 16 Uhr abgegeben. Um 17 Uhr mit neuem Original Apple Display wieder geholt. Alles top soweit.

Die Reparatur ging meiner Meinung nach viel zu lang; ich musste 1 ganzen Tag warten für den Austausch der Rückseite meines IPhone X. Nachdem ich es wieder zurück bekam, hatte ich an meinen Rahmen eine dicke Reparaturspur und in meiner Kamera ist jetzt ein Fleck der einfach nicht mehr weg geht. Und dafür 110 ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer weil ich es jetzt nochmal von meinem Geld reparieren lassen muss, da nach erneuter Öffnung, um den Staub innen zu entfernen, jetzt anscheinend die Kamera kaputt ist.
