So, I wanted to have a car, and I decided on the model, and I came to actually buy it. The schedule on the door says it is open on Saturday, but the door is locked. Okey... I come on Monday. On Monday the door is open (success!), but the girl at the reception desk says that though they are open from 9 am, the Sales person comes only at 10 am \because of corona crisis\. No prob, I understand that during pandemics people need to sleep longer on Mondays. Can I wait here until 10 am (hoping for a \yes\ and ideally a coffee or water). The answer is o\, because I should phone in advance to make an appointment (no coffee of course). Okey... I feel positive though, and go out for a stroll. At 10:05 am I phone them from outside. Nobody picks up. No prob, I call again at 10:25. Same result. So I go away. Needless to say that nobody has ever called me back. P. S. I crossed the street, went to Peugeot, was greeted with a smile and attention and immediately made my purchase decision.

Also edited: I've also had a rough start with this dealership, mostly revolving around a lack of communication and a new car delivery date that was pushed back over a month of what I was originally told. Similar to another review, I was contacted directly by management and they made a real effort to get the car delivered on time. They also genuinely apologized for my inconvenience, which goes a long way. The fact that they reach out to their dissatisfied customers is a sign of a well run business. In the end the car arrived only a few days after the original quote. At the handover, there was a small chip on the paint and the wrong size license plate had been ordered, but the dealership was otherwise very kind and happy to have it delivered so quickly for me. I have since been back to the dealership after a technical problem with the car - it was quickly and professionally repaired under warranty by their technicians.
