Hindenburghütte, a nice place with a beautiful overview of the valley, at 1260mtr. A special bus takes you from the center of Reit Im Winkl to the Hindenburghütte for 6 euro (adult/ children 3 euro). To use the sled going down you'll pay 5 euro per sled.. be adviced, be careful with children under the age of 15, it's better to go downhill with an adult (2person sled). It's a nice ride down, one of the longest natural rides (approx 4km)

Somewhat crowded, but food and prices ok given the excellent location. The men's restroom is a mandatory visit. In winter, one can rent sleds for the way back to the car park.

Refused to ride me down when I was caught in the pouring rain, soaking wet, even after I offered payment. Ridiculous inflexibility for no reason.
Die Wanderung hoch zu Hütte ist sehr schön aber auch anspruchsvoll. Bedienung war sehr nett und schnell . Das Essen war auch ok .Nur mussten wir leider den Bus nehmen um runterzukommen \u200d️. Obwohl man dort gut verzehrt hat ,nahm der Wirt ,der für die Fahrt verantwortlich ist , 8 pro Person für gerade 4 km !! Das ist schon unverschämt und abzocke !!!!!!!?!! Mit Kurkarte kostet die Fahrt 7 aber da weißt keiner drauf hin !!!! Nachdem ich ihn darauf angesprochen habe wurde er noch pampig !! Als Chef unmögliches Verhalten
