A customer service! I bought an inflatable canoe from Verano last year. It turned out the 2020 models came in a transport bag that wasn't strong enough and tore after the first time I put the canoe back into the bag. I contacted Verano and they acknowledged the flaw. I was informed that the 2021 models had an improved bag, and a new one could be shipped to me when the 2021 models came in. A few weeks back I got a phone call from Verano to ask if I still needed the bag. It was shipped from Germany to The Netherlands for free and it arrived within a few days. Thanks for the pro-active attitude, it's a rare find these days!

Wir haben das Schlauchboot Verano California Duo getestet und sind begeistert von der Geschwindigkeit, die man mit dem Drop-Stitch Boden erreicht. Es ist auch schön schmal, was eine sportliche Fahrweise ermöglicht. Top!

Sie bewerben Ihre Boote damit, daß sie die Hersteller sind. Dabei sind es nur Chinaimporte. Das Selbe Boot bekommt man bei Alibaba.com Ich habe ein Verano Canyon Duo gekauft. Die Qualität des Bootes ist sehr gut für so ein Luftboot. Es kommt im original Karton aus China mit allem angegebenen Zubehör. Eine Aufbau- oder Pflegeanleitung war nicht dabei. Einen Hinweis mit wieviel Bar die Kammern aufgepumpt werden müssen Fehlanzeige. Auf Nachfrage per Mail kam keine Antwort per Telefon ist niemand zu erreichen. Fazit: Das Boot ist gut das Ist aber der Verdienst der Chinesen. Das Verhalten der Firma ist das letzte.
