The Nurses in the ward are always stressed and it looks like they are not organized. Multiple times we had to remind them about things that they had to do. Usually you ask them a question and there is no answer right away. Most of the time they have to go and ask the head nurse for every single query. Some of the nurses are extremely impolite and are angry at the patients. I found it extremely strange that the doctors don't visit the mothers in their room after delivery. The mother is supposed to take the kid into the doctors room. Its understandable that there are lot of deliveries which are happening and the hospital is always full, which could be the reason why the staff is extremely stressed but what is not clear is why doesn't the hospital management not increase the staff. It would be good if the hospital asks people to rate their experience once everyone leaves the hospital so that they get a suggestions for improvements. Even though we had decent experience in the kriesssal , the overall experience is far below a world class hospital in a city like Munich.

Habe eine sehr schöne Entbindung im April 2020 gehabt. Wurde schon als Schwangere auf die Neugeborenen Station aufgenommen, da ich fast eine Woche über dem geplanten Termin war und das Kind musste schon raus.) Am zweiten Tag in der Früh wurde ich eingeleitet und am nächsten Tag um 20:44 kam mein kleiner Sohn gesund und munter auf die Welt.Tolle Ärzte, tolle Hebammen, die mich immer unterstützt haben. Hatte auch viel Glück mit meiner Hebamme Dorothea gehabt. Würde das Klinikum jeder weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich trotz Corona sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde auch das zweite mal ins Klinikum gehen. Vielen lieben Dank an alle!
Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang von Praxis Obernitz mit osteuropäischen Akzent hat wohl den falschen Job. Durch ihre überaus unfreundliche Art, fühlt man sich als Patientin (auch Kundin) sehr nicht willkommen und nicht gut aufgehoben! Die Position sollte schleunigst anders besetzt werden!
