schlechte Versorgung, großteilig unfreundliches Personal, kaum Pfleger und grundsätzlich keine Hilfe selbst bei medizinischen Notfällen. Bewohner werden z.B. trotz akuter Luftnot alleine im Zimmer gelassen.
