Great modern style apartments, right by huuuge water place. I beleive it's baltic sea, or atleast part of it. Wake up with amazing scenary every day, air is super fresh, and people are super friendly. Also it is super peaceful here, so you never have to worry about being disturbed by annoying people.

The house lies directly in waterfront (Schlei). The view is very good yet very quiet. The apartment is new (or newly renovated) with high-quality home appliances. Though the owner is helpful and easy to reach too, I would expect some (pre-) information (e.g. about the house/apartment, to-dos in surroundings, ...) is provided in the apartment.
This place was beautiful. It was the perfect place if you want to just relax and enjoy the outdoors. If I lived in germany I would definitely come back. Beautiful place, beautiful room.

Erst mal ist die Lage einfach super und unsere Wohnung Nr. 17 war groß genug und hatte einen fantastischen Ausblick und Balkon. Dafür würde ich 5 Sterne geben. Leider sind die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig und schlecht gereinigt. Da ekelt man sich schon mal beim duschen und hört jeden schritt der Obermieter. Die Parkplätze sind eng und unzureichend gekennzeichnet. An den Wänden gibt es schon einige Verunreinigungen und Beschädigungen. Super sind dann aber die Liegewiesen mit Hunde - Liegewiese. Eigentlich 3,5 Sterne.
