Best student dormitory for students. Specially for foreign students. It has free WiFi, nice kitchen with everything needed to cook, refreshment room. Very good house master and property manager to solve any problem immediately if arise. Student's are so friendly. Supermarket is close to dormitory only 8 minute walk way.

Was here for about 3 months, 2 months as a sublet. Basic rooms have a permanent carpet all round in dark blue/black. Mattress was old & dipped in the middle. Building was old & kitchen had a permanent \fishy\ smell. Didn't get a room despite doing a formal application & they kept saying wait but no response ever came. Student housing here is cheap than most cities in Germany. Price is fair.

Rooms a little conjusted but fine for students look for an all-included accommodation. Great on property facilities (vending machines, coffee room, entertainment and common room etc). Apartments are little expensive for students but very nice. Clean, well maintained and cozy.

I moved out 4 months ago and still didn't get my guarantee money. In their policy they say that the transfer takes between 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I wrote them an e-mail that I didn't get the money and they transferred only half of it after a week claiming that I didn't pay one month. After showing them a bank extract they told me that they will transfer the money as soon as possible and this was 4 weeks ago. Since then nobody is answering my e-mails. The conditions are okay, but when it comes to paying, they are pretentious and they don't apply the same conditions the other way around.

Nice accomodation facility for students! Though, I don't like the cloth-washing and drying facility. Mould is a big NO here.
