The place is really bad. The staff are very rude. I had to wait 2 hours even with an appointment. I suggest you find some other clinic.

Terrible service. Grumpy, inattentive staff and nurses. Doctors were friendlier but did not explain extent of injury in any detail leaving us guessing at questions we needed to ask. For treatment no alternatives were provided (again we had to ask), they did not check if any medication was being taken currently (again had to ask if certain drugs e.g. aspirin/ cold flu medicine, may negatively react with treatment drug) For each visit (for the same injury) we had a different doctor and information about the injury did not seem to have been fully passed on.

Es Ärgert mich ,bieten von 8-9 Uhr Telefondienst an . Rufe zu 8.48 Uhr an ,ist eine Stimme die sagt ,wir sind gleich für Sie da . Das ging etwa 11 Minuten dann um 9 Uhr ein Besetzt Zeichen. Ihr macht es Euch aber Einfach ,bietet es an und dann so ein miesen Service. Danke für nichts

Leider ist das Personal sehr überfordert und unterbesetzt. Die Ärzte sind gut allerdings musste ich trotz des Termins in einer überfüllten Arztpraxis 1 Stunde warten bis ich rangenommen wurde. Die angegeben Anrufzeiten sind nicht ernst zu nehmen, da nie jemand ans telefon geht und automatisch immer das Besetztzeichen erscheint. Für einen Folgetermin muss man schonmal bis zu 3 Wochen einplanen Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert
