Enterprise Rent-A-Car charged me for a damage that was already existing (and mentionned) when I rented the car. The local Potsdam agency was not helpful to help resolving this issue.

Absolutely unhelpful staff with terrible work ethics. Didn't even try to solve a booking issue that arose from poor communication between booking and branch. Impervious to the fact that they are supposed to provide a service. Sent me away without my paid for car. Avoid this branch at all costs!
