Been here for a week during agile testing days. Nice place. Staff is friendly, rooms are great. Food is delicios. It has saunas that you definitely have to try if you've never been in one.

Good Hotel and just perfect for a conference! My double room was quite big and spacious. Everything was clean. Also the bathroom was spacious and the shower works fine. There was always hot water though the hotel was fully booked. The staff is very friendly and always helpful! Further the food was really good too. They also have a SPA area which I not used. Overall definitely a hotel to recommend and four "excellent" stars from my side!!

Good business hotel with a lot of rooms, multiple conference rooms and decently located in Potsdam. Staff was nice and service in the restaurant great.
Stayed here three nights. Hotel is modern & well maintained. No issues with housekeeping/cleanliness — room and bathroom in tip-top shape. About 1.2 mile walk to Sanssouci, convenient to bus and tram. We were visiting a local relative and so did not try the restaurant. I would stay again without hesitation. Distinctive feature: each room has an abridged copy of a book called Vom Kopf ins Hertz, Vol. 1 — full copies available for 22 at the desk. It is a sort of Little Red Book of short self-help and motivational aphorisms. The desk clerk didn’t know why it’s there, but indicated that it’s some kind of corporate thing.
Lovely in general but our room wasn’t cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Upon checking out we were told that this was due to a computer error. No apology and no financial reimbursement which was a rather unfortunate end to our trip. Would not recommend, not solution focused and no customer service when you actually need it... shame.
