They have new rooms with or without kitchenette. The common areas are very nice to hang out with your friends. It is very nice. The main drawback was that when I checked in my room wasn't clean. I mean you have to give the room clean in the end and they didn't care to give it to me cleaned.

A good sudent residence located near Potsdam University (Golm campus). To get to or come from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof you can either take the bus (30 min) or train (10 min). There are two options of rooms, with and without a kitchenette. Laundry is available in a pay per wash system. There is a big shared living room as well as spacious quiet study room. Good environment to focus and study since the area is quite isolated. For groceries, there is a Rewe store that opens from 7 am to 8 pm form Monday to Saturday.
I can't judge flats as I never set a foot in the residence. However, having to pay more than 2000 for booking and administrative fees not refunded is hard to swallow. No cancellation was possible even in the special circumstances of coronavirus epidemy. As an international, I have no resort for justice being made. Making money on the back of students in a dire situation is really dishonnest...
I loved living here. It was a great experience and it is very modern with all the facilities that are needed i.e. Kitchenette, gym, study room. The only negative thing was probably ridiculously high prices of the washing machines which should really be included in the prices of rent. Also, the rooms look bigger on pictures than in reality.
