New installations are much better and modern and accessible with Wheelchair. Waiting time still similar as before... I had to edit my review and downgraded from 4* to 2* since a queue of 25-30 customers in the 2 Saturdays in a row that I have been obliged to come to the post office is unacceptable. Several customers after me, just turned around and didn't get their packages! Update on 12.12.2020, when an idiot refuses a standard package 35cm long from Amazon, with a Deutsche Post stamp paid online because he says it has 36cm, what can one argue! Maybe he needs do go back to the primary school or measure his own.... Thinking that it has 18cm, when in reality has only 10cm. Some people just like to upset others and have no qualifications to work in services!

When you take into account the amount of customers these guys get every minute and having to repeat the same thing over and over, the service was top notch. Just bear this in mind. They might be a bit grumpy. But if you understand this, you will get good service.

Really really bad service. One of the employees here was very rude because she thought my package wasn't there. However my package was there and she never said sorry. I will never ever go here again.

Horrible service, came to fix a problem they caused and yet they still play smart like it is our fault.

If I could give a no star rating, I would have. I live in the neighbourhood and have only seen 2 out of 5 registers/ counters in use regardless of how many customers they have, sometimes people queue all the way into the street (see attached photo). The other 3 counters are purely ornamental and is a waste of resources which funded by us (taxpayers). The old location was the same, both are managed by the same management which clearly is incompetent and needs to be replaced. I grew up in a small town in New Zealand, and I used to think NZ Postal Service is hopeless... German Postal Service takes it to another level.
