Dr Bodo and her stuff were great. They made me feel comfortable and safe throughout out my experience. My procedure was done under local anesthesia (awake) and it went smoothly with no issues. I had no bruising and my stitches healed quite fast :-)) It looks great and I am really happy with my whole experience.

First you sent two emails and you never heard anything back from them. (They mention in their website you can contact them by email) Second you call them, they ask you to hold on a bit, no problem, then they say they will call you back... you waited for an hour and nothing. Until now nothing! Communication is the first and most important thing in my opinion... apparently they aren’t great on that! (And yes I’ve the email and call in my phone records) Update: I spoke with someone on the phone who ask me to hold on, after a while they told me they would call me back and turned of the phone. Nobody said a word about the need of having a consultation, either in good or less good English. I never got any call from tour clinic. This is insane and I wouldn’t expect such a thing. Instead of apologising they make up some story. I really appreciated your way of dealing with people who shows interest in having a consultation (reason why I was also calling).

I had the best experience with Dr. Bodo and her team. My consultation included a computer-generated graphic of myself that allowed me to see what size/look I wanted. My favorite part of my experience was how comfortable and confident I felt with Dr. Bodo when it came to safety and care. She encouraged me to send her photos of my ideal look and it was a great feeling to get my photos and the desired look confirmed several times. All my friends now say it looks great.

I received a bucca fat removal. I’ve always kinda had chubby cheeks. I’ve looked that this procedure on and off for a couple years but never pulled the trigger. Well I finally did - thanks to Dr. J. Bodo. Very attentive and polite staff. She is nice and very patient. The Aftercare instructions are simple and helpful - I had to show up three times. My face is slimmer and I don’t have to contour anymore. I love how it looks. Overall I’m very happy.
