So yesterday i wanted to do some shopping in Penny in Pfungstadt and it was 20 minutes to curfew time. I knew about the curfew and was hurrying to pick up some fews things. I went inside and picked banana while still searching for few things one supermarket attendant came from behind and said they are not selling anymore due to curfew and they must close which i understand. But she was so arrogant and was shouting. Grabbed the banana i had already picked from my hands while i was requesting her if she could sell me only the banana i already had . She was very unfriendly. Still surprised how the woman behaved I talked to one of the attendant who was still at the cashier about the situation but he couldn't help. I understand about the curfew but the action of the woman is a no go. We are in a hard situation but she could still talk to me in a friendly way than shouting meanwhile there was nothing or a sign to show customers that they are closing before known time 21:00 . Being friendly is free even during pandemic!!! I will take a break from going to Penny after the experience. Am forced to give one star because i can't post my review without a star. The woman was terrible, no sympathy and for me not a qualified attendant.!!!
