Penny - The Alte Burger supermarket is easily accessible from my home. One can get almost anything and everything that is required in normal day to day life. The store items are well arranged, and you can easily locate what you want. I personally never needed any help of the store employees to locate any item. The price of the items are decent, nearly of same range or even cheaper as compared to other supermarket chains. The billing is also quick enough. All food available. Alcohols available. Few suggestions from my end: 1. Bring your own carry bag. 2. The basket or the carry wagons are placed just outside the store. Insert a coin and carry yours inside. Complete your shopping, bring back the wagon outside and get back your coin. 3. It is very much preferable to bring change while paying in cash. Or just swipe your card for easy payments.

No staff, terribly long queues in front of the check out. The floors are dirty and the shelves are everything but neatly packed.

Small, crowded and the floor looked pretty dirty. Stock was okay, but the were short on a few specific products. The cashier's speed was average. Workers were polite and calm.
