The power supply of my PC broke down today. I sent it to PC Point Mannheim directly and luckily got it successfully repaired in only 2 hours. The staffs are really nice and helpful, and I couldn’t even believe my eyes when I got my PC because it was cleaned so carefully as it’s new! And the price is also reasonable. :)

Took my MacBook Pro here because the screen kept freezing (doesn't seem like a big deal right?). I chose this place because there is no Apple Store in the city. When I got the computer back, they had told me the logic board was broken and tried to sell me a used MacBook Pro; I declined. I went home and realized the computer didn't even turn on. I knew something was up. I took it to a real Apple Store outside of the city and here is what they reported to me: 'Device has been opened. An unqualified foreign interference was detected. Covers and screws are missing. Cables are damaged. Liquid residues were found. A modification to the graphic card was determined. There can be no services offered.'
