Terrible costumer service. I created an account once to see the offers and concept, then decided not to take anything from this shop. In the end it is NOT possible to stop receiving advertisement emails since, so they say, a stylist should always be able to contact you in some way. Removing the whole account is also not an option on the personal page so I decided to give them a call. After 3 minutes in the waiting queue, they broke the connection and asked to call another time. A lot of hassle just to stop them sending me emails I don't wish to receive...

it's a Scam! i made and account just to check out. What this Website is all about and then they charged me 150 euros even though i didnt order anything. and they are also really slow at responding to e-mails.eventually they said they will give me my money bacak. however i really want to know what would have happened if i just didnt notice that they took money from my bank account.they dont say anything about taking 150 euros when you make an account. they just take it fro no reason and then if you notice smth they will send it back. thata is BS.

I did not order anything from this company. However, they found my address and trying to send me some box and I think they will make me pay for it. You can not talk with Customer Support. No one answers. I cannot reach any one.

WARNING SCAM! Don't download this app or even click on their add. I downloaded the app just to see what it was about, I did not order anything, I looked through the app, saw the CRAZY prices and uninstalled it. 6 months later they sent me an invoice for 800 Euros claiming they sent me a box 4 days ago, after 6 months? they send a box without my consent and demand I pay? and I can only imagine how many people fall for this scam since they are running adds on all social media. It is a scam, they will wait for you to forget that you signed up send you a random box and demand that you pay it!

I've tried to order a box about 25 times but not once was it processed. Despite calling up customer service and pointing this out, no action was taken. Given up. Why even try at this point?
