The chicken is so delicious, cooked really good. The portions are huge and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, definitely will come back every time I'm in Osnabrück

Long wait, order wrong as it always is, have a feeling that they are completely un prepared. 6 zingers and 9 chicken filets( only got 6) took nearly an hour in the drive in?? Fast food i dobt think so......wont be rushing back

Was served by a very unfriendly young woman who seemed completely overwhelmed by a fairly busy period. After she made a mistake on our order and was shown it, she was unable to understand where the problem was (one menu completely missing). I usually enjoy KFC and am surprised by the terrible service and long (30mins) wait for my food. I would suggest that KFC look into this store through quality control.
Great chicken food. For sure go for spicy when being asked. It's not that spicy but it gives your taste an extra kick
