We were on holiday in Germany when we had problems with our Mercedes-Benz V-Class. We therefore went to the nearest Mercedes workshop which was Beresa in Osnabrück. Here we were welcomed by very friendly and professional people. They checked the car quickly and we got a good explanation of what was wrong with the car, and repair the next day. They arranged transport for our large family to hotell in city. When we got the car back next day, they had both repaired the fault, changed the brakes, washed and paced the car so it shined! Incredibly wonderful experience and we highly recommend this workshop. Greetings from satisfied customers from Norway!

Sub standard service at an premium price. I honestly can't recomend them to anyone but my worst enemys. here is my experience with Beresa over the last month: I went there for a small repair. First they let me wiat for three weeks for an appointment. That the car was not verry usable in the mean time didn't concern them. Then I also booked (stupid of me) the service with it. Once the appointment finally arrived it took them two days instead of the prommised one. The most disapointing thing was that the BIG inspection didn't even discover that the aircon is not working - calling them again results again in a wait time of two weeks for someone to check it out and then I'll have to likely pay for it to get fixed again. Never BERESA
