I've been here for one and 10 days because of holidays and it has been an amazing experience, the team is the best, the food, yoga, ayurveda treatments and the location of the place is like a paradise. I recommend this place to spend time and recover the connection with ourselves.

I am a big fan of art of living and wanted start the new year with bliss and renewed energy but I did find the place very very loud , no peace atmosphere . people speak loud and move considered constantly up and down wooden stairs. I wanted a calm serene time with meditation but that was not an option bcse just after the darshan people started a spontaneous club style music and dance party. And it was awful cold.
Amazing place, highly recommend s are courses and stay here, it's a complete rejuvenation and knowing yourself morehappy, helping and friendly people a must for everyone at least once good organic vegeterian food
I have visited ths beautiful center and did the art of living course also met an ayurveda doctor, wonderful services. All together beautiful course and learned healthy living life.
